Libro: The Happiness Track
The Happiness Track, by Emma Seppälä
Book 37 of 100
“Happiness tends to spread up to 3 degrees of separation from you, to those close to you, and even to strangers you will never know.”

Another August read down.
Honestly, this one didn’t really work for me.
There were still a few useful ideas in it, especially around being more compassionate toward yourself and other people, slowing down, and not treating productivity like some never-ending race.
Those parts were fine.
But the more I went through it, the more I felt like some of the points were either contradicting each other or simply repeating ideas I had already come across in other psychology and self-help books.
At times, it felt less like one strong argument and more like a collection of familiar concepts stitched together and supported by different studies and articles.
Maybe that’s useful if you’re encountering these ideas for the first time.
For me, though, it just didn’t feel particularly fresh.
So yeah.
Another not-so-good read added to the list.
Can’t love every book, I guess.
Anyway, still a good weekend, and hopefully a better week ahead.
